Glynn Professional Center, a 9,147 sq ft Class “A” medical office building is home to Piedmont Physicians Fayette South. The building contains 16 exam rooms, nursing stations, doctor and admin offices, and waiting area. Built with wood trusses, gabled roof, hardy-plank and split face block to match the architecture of the area. Interior finishes consist of carpet, ceramic tile, paint, wall covering, and luxury vinyl tile flooring. In addition to performing the tenant build-out, Southtree Commercial completed the ground up construction on this building.
