Southtree Commercial completed a 30,000 sq ft Class ‘A’ medical office building for Resurgens Orthopaedics. This facility includes a 15,000 sq ft ambulatory surgical center with 2 operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and 16 pre op/post op/recovery stations. It has medical gases, generator backup power, and stainless steel cabinets in the decontamination/soil utility room. It also includes a 15,000 sq ft Spine Center with scheduling center, offices, break room, exam rooms, and lobby.
