Paul Schwinne is the Commercial Broker and owner of Southtree Commercial Real Estate (formerly Quantum Commercial Real Estate), a full-service commercial brokerage firm. Southtree Commercial provides a full range of brokerage services to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants for the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate.
Paul began his commercial real estate career in 2001 and earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2004. He is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, as well as brings 15 years of experience to clients and team members to ensure successful conception, implementation, completion and operation of projects. Before his real estate career, Paul graduated from Georgia Tech in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering. He practiced engineering for ten years in designing and manufacturing jet engine components. Paul was promoted into management and acquired ownership in the firm. The aerospace firm was acquired in 1998, and Paul served as President of the facility. After several years of managing a public company, Paul chose to pursue a career change into commercial real estate.
