Jason Walls, P.E. (Auburn, 1995), Highland’s Founder and Principal Engineer, has over 28 years of civil engineering experience in the local and southeastern markets. Along with Reid Almand, P.E. (Georgia Southern, 2013), Highland Land Planning has over 40 years of combined experience in the civil engineering field.
