Georgia Pain and Spine Care selected Southtree Commercial as general contractor and developer for their new 10,000 sq ft building. Two years after the building was completed, Southtree Commercial converted the procedure area into an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). In addition to the clinic and ASC, the building has a 2,000 sq ft law office tenant as well as a pharmacy space.
