Koppers Performance Chemicals Relocation and Renovation

Southtree Commercial Development worked with Koppers Performance Chemicals to relocate their corporate office, research and development labs, and warehousing operations to Peachtree City. This project included the retrofit of an existing 40,006 sf office building to be used as lab space on the first floor and general office space on the second. The project also included a 6,000 sf expansion to house a Pilot Plant and Wood Shop. Southtree Commercial Construction served as the Design-Build Contractor for this project.
