The Southtree Commercial Development team and the Southtree Commercial Construction team partnered for a project for client, Moon Valley Nurseries. The site is a 3.16 acre site that includes a 1.5 acre product yard and a 2,000 SF office. The office is a wood framed structure with a farmhouse feel while the product yard features a custom irrigation system to keep the trees well watered.
