The Southtree Commercial Development team and the Southtree Commercial Construction team are teaming up to complete a project for our client, Moon Valley Nurseries. The site is a 3.16 acre site that will include a 1.5 acre product yard and a 2,000 SF office. The office will be a wood framed structure with a farmhouse feel while the product yard will feature a custom irrigation system to keep their trees well watered.
