Southtree Commercial Construction is building a 3,800 SF Amenity Building, for community use, in a 300 town home development in McDonough. Along with the amenity building, we will be constructing a swimming pool along with a pool house. A few notable elements are a pergola, outdoor fire place and grilling area and a large turf area with string lights.
