This state-of-the-art facility was Peachtree City’s first LEED Silver certified building. The 5,835 sq ft, two-story project, was a combination of hardy board siding with stacked stone accents. Ecofriendly features include a geothermal heating and cooling system and required the recycling of almost all construction waste generated on-site. Southtree Commercial completed this project in the Fall of 2011 for Drs. Cox and Ward.

Southtree Commercial completed a building renovation for Dr. Ben Popple with White Oak Pediatric Dentistry. The one-story 2,632 sq ft building dimensions include 30 ft wide by 100 ft long. Adding windows and open hygiene bays in the building helped open up space and utilize the length of the building. The entrance was moved to the back of the building and the brick exterior was painted white.

At the intersection of Hwy 85 and Price Road in south Fayetteville, Southtree Commercial built a one-story building for Dr. Jeff Kendrick with Heritage Dental Associates. The 3,317 sq ft building has a stone and Hardi-shake exterior with exposed cedar beams at two entry porches. The project delivery method used was Design-Build.

 

In 2018, Southtree Commercial built a one-story, 3,980 sq ft dental office for Dr. Cameron Howard with Pinnacle Endodontics of Georgia. This facility is the company’s second location. Special features of the construction include structural wood trusses and clerestory windows on the second floor that bring in natural light to the open concept floor plan. The project delivery was Design-Build.

Southtree Commercial completed a 2,800 sq ft design-build project for a new dental office for Dr. Jay Ahn, DMD in the Brookhaven area in Atlanta, GA. Located on the second floor of an office/retail building, the dental office includes a reception area, several exam rooms, lab area, and offices. This project was completed in the Spring of 2017.

Mahaffey Orthodontics is a 7,150 sq ft craftsman style dental office building with top of the line interior finishes, including an arcade and a library. It is a wood-framed building with a hardy, stone, and EIFS facade. The building is located in the Braelinn Office Park. In late 2019 and early 2020, Southtree Commercial performed an office renovation for Mahaffey Orthodontics. The renovation included new flooring, the addition of two hygiene chairs, doctor’s nook, office area, storage, and a restroom.
