Southtree Commercial & Champion Millworks held a groundbreaking ceremony on August 2, 2019 for their new office. Located on the corner of Prospect Park and Dividend Drive in Peachtree City, GA, the building includes a 16,000 sq ft two-story office for all divisions (Construction, Real Estate, Development, Property Management) of Southtree Commercial and a 24,000 sq ft millwork shop for Champion Millworks.
Westpark Commons Office Building
Nominated for Peachtree City’s Building of the Year in 2006, this 10,000 sq ft high-end multi-tenant office building with a brick and EIFS facade is located in the Westpark Office and Commercial Center in Peachtree City, GA. The building is home to Brilliant Smiles Dental, iMEAS, Inc., and Lawson, Beck & Sandlin.
Lizard Thicket Corporate
Lizard Thicket, a women’s clothing and accessory boutique, located their corporate office to the Paschall Business Center in 2017. Southtree Commercial completed the interior build-out in the 11,214 sq ft space that occupies two stories. In addition, Southtree Commercial has performed interior build-outs for many Lizard Thicket retail stores in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices
Southtree Commercial completed an interior build-out for this 7,186 sq ft space. This project involved renovating space that was previously used by a fitness facility and transforming it into office space for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. This build-out included cloud ceilings in the call center areas to help with noise reduction. Interior offices and conference rooms were built with glass windows, creating an open and natural light environment. Several interior walls were painted to be used as dry-erase whiteboards.
In addition to the Peachtree City office, Southtree has performed interior build-outs for Berkshire Hathaway offices in Newnan, GA and McDonough, GA.
A.R. Biddle
Southtree Commercial built a 1,800 sq ft expansion to an existing building that was previously occupied by a bank prior to A.R. Biddle. This project consisted of enclosing the bank drive-thru area to expand the office space. The parking lot was reworked to have a drive lane around the building. Bank buildings are greatly devalued due to the building design so having the opportunity to enclose the drive-thru provided a great office space at a reduced cost.
Aventure Aviation
This 16,275 sq ft pre-engineered metal building with 4,200 sq ft of office space is home to a comprehensive aviation marketing company and features a conference room shaped like an airplane fuselage.
