Bonnell Aluminum will be relocating their headquarters to floors 2 and 3. Southtree Commercial Development is the developer for this project. Bonnell Aluminum will be the anchor tenant, occupying 21,545 SF of building on the second and third floors. Their space will feature 4 conference rooms, a fitness center, multiple open work and collaboration areas. The design also includes a unique “Story Room” where they will highlight the history of their company.
