Southtree Commercial built a 1,800 sq ft expansion to an existing building that was previously occupied by a bank prior to A.R. Biddle. This project consisted of enclosing the bank drive-thru area to expand the office space. The parking lot was reworked to have a drive lane around the building. Bank buildings are greatly devalued due to the building design so having the opportunity to enclose the drive-thru provided a great office space at a reduced cost.
