This Southtree Commercial Construction Project is a complete renovation project of an existing facility in downtown Duluth.  The 12,500 SF facility will include structural upgrades, new mechanical and electrical systems and an overhaul of the existing façade.  The end product will be a modern co-working facility.  Along with the building improvements our team will also be upgrading the site with new paving, hardscapes and landscaping.
