At 90 Main Street in Historic Downtown Senoia, GA, Southtree Commercial constructed a one story, retail building. This 4,100 sq ft building has a brick exterior with Pella windows. Four tenants occupy the building space and each suite has its own identity with historical architectural elements. The project delivery method used on this project was design-build.
