This ground-up medical office building features a modern feel but utilizes a color pallet to help the building blend with its natural surroundings. This is a single-tenant wood-framed building with metal panels, composite siding, and a brick façade. Project sitework includes clearing, grading, utility connections and above and below-ground stormwater detention facilities.
