In 2025, Southtree Commercial Construction completed a 3,400 SF tenant buildout for Bain Beauty Skin Spa, a luxury health spa in Villa Rica, GA. This spa includes custom wood ceilings, tile floors, a sauna and custom made glass wall in wood frame.
This is the second project Southtree has completed for Dr. Brian Bain.

Southtree Commercial Construction is constructing a 10,028 SF 1-story wood framed, multi-suite medical office building for Peachtree City Dermatology. The building will be constructed in two phases; Core/Shell and Clinic Buildout, with a 2,300 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center to be completed in the future. This 4,999 SF medical office features Texas rubble stone, Hardie Plank and EIFS as exterior finishes along with a standing seam metal panel roof. The interior features beautiful vaulted ceilings with access to multiple exterior patios.

The Southtree Commercial Construction team constructed a 4,984 SF Cardiology clinic for Peachtree Cardiology in Peachtree City, GA. This ground-up medical office building features a modern feel but utilizes a color pallet to help the building blend with its natural surroundings. This is a single-tenant wood-framed building with metal panels, composite siding, and a brick façade. Project sitework included clearing, grading, utility connections and above and below-ground stormwater detention facilities.

The Southtree Commercial Construction team completed a renovation of white-boxed space for Illuminate Functional Medicine at Trilith. This 542 SF first floor space features a cedar storefront with 3-Form Panels. The space consists of 2 consultation rooms and a treatment room.

In Tucker, GA, we performed a 5,428 sq ft interior build-out in a one-story building at The Centre on Hugh Howell, a neighborhood shopping center. This project consisted of a complete interior build-out of an Urgent Care and Occupational Med interior space.
In Douglasville, we handled a 4,886 sq ft interior build-out of an existing tenant space in a one-story building. This project consisted of a complete demo and remodel of an existing interior space.
In Fairburn, GA, we completed a first-generation build-out for 4,060 sq ft in an existing one-story building.

In Rockledge, FL, we provided build-to-suit development services to Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center. Development services included finding and acquiring the property, performing site and building due diligence and conditions assessments, procuring all required entitlements, and managing a local General Contractor to renovate the existing office building. Our property management team will manage this facility. This latest Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center location plans to open in late September or early October 2022.

Southtree Commercial is constructing a one-story, 6,553 sq ft office building for Artistic General Dentistry in Fayetteville, GA. Artistic General Dentistry will occupy 4,805 sq ft, and 1,748 sq ft will be available for a future tenant. The construction of the building consists of slab-on-grade with wood-framed stud walls and pre-engineered wood roof trusses.
