This facility includes surgery rooms, an x-ray lab, a pharmacy, offices, kitchens, conference room, and a beautiful lobby with fireplace.
Southtree Commercial completed the build-out of a 3,000 sq ft dental office for Peter E. Harris, D.M.D. with Avella Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. The dental space includes a lobby, reception area, exam rooms, sterilization room, and offices.
Southtree Commercial completed a 3,600 sq ft dental office for Dr. Brent Stiehl in early 2013. A 1,200 sq ft expansion was completed in 2016. This is a craftsman style building.
Southtree Commercial built this 10,260 sq ft, two-story medical building for Ankle & Foot Centers of Georgia. The building includes a 3,200 sq ft clinic and a 4,000 sq ft Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
The project included the demolition of the current building and greatly modifying the site to create a more level building area. Southtree completed the project in early 2013.
Located near the intersection of Willis Road and Hwy 154, Southtree Commercial completed the ground up construction of this craftsman-style, 3,100 sq ft veterinary clinic for Dr. Christy Hand. The building is wood framed with stacked stone and Hardi shakes. The space includes a reception area, exam rooms, treatment room, kennel area, surgery room, x-ray room, and cat boarding area. Pervious concrete was used in the driveway and parking areas.
In 2017, Southtree Commercial completed a tenant build-out in the 1233 Hwy. 54 Medical Office Building for Pain Consultants of Atlanta – Interventional Spine Specialists. This 7,671 sq ft space includes an ambulatory surgery center (3,500 sq ft), spine clinic (2,777 sq ft), offices, exam rooms, lobby, and break room.
Southtree Commercial constructed this two-story, state-of-the-art surgery facility. The building has a 6,000 sq ft clinic on the main floor and a 6,000 sq ft ambulatory surgery center on the second floor with two operating rooms.
This facility is a 6,000 sq ft dialysis center that includes a state-of-the-art water treatment system. The building is a wood framed structure with a brick and stone exterior. It includes automatic storefront doors, code locks on interior doors, carpet, tile, and luxury vinyl tile flooring. The project was a fast-track schedule that started in June 2015 and was completed in October 2015 on schedule and within budget.
In 2016, Southtree Commercial constructed seven medical suites simultaneously in the LaGrange Med Ventures facility. This two-story building is a total of 24, 776 sq ft with individual tenant spaces ranging from 1,000 -11,000 sq ft. The outpatient medical office building includes the Apex Surgery Center, a MRI facility, Physical Therapy suite, Total Diagnostic and Intervention Pain Clinic, and LaFayette Neurology.
Southtree Commercial has completed tenant renovation and expansion build-outs for the Piedmont Cancer Institute Howell Mill West Piedmont location, and other locations in the metro Atlanta area including Fayetteville, Newnan, and Stockbridge. The project for the Howell Mill West Piedmont location involved an interior renovation and expansion of an existing space on the 7th and 8th floors of the Howell Mill West Piedmont Building. The renovation on the 8th floor consisted of expanding the lobby and creating new check-in and check-out areas. Spaces were configured for offices, exam rooms, and research areas. The 7th floor renovation improved cubicle work areas, space for research, and infusion rooms. The Clinical Area was 1,572 sq ft and the Office area was 1,143 sq ft.
Southtree Commercial provided common area improvements to this multi-tenant building in 2015. The structural steel facility has a combination of brick and exposed steel exterior. Three tenants occupy the building and a built-to-suit medical space is available with a building addition.
Newnan Professional Center II is a two-story, Class “A” medical office building located across the street from Piedmont Newnan Hospital. The building is steel framed with brick veneer and slab on grade. Southtree Commercial has developed multiple other medical office buildings in this area totaling over 150,000 +/- sq ft. This facility is near the I-85 Poplar Road (Exit 44) interchange creating easy interstate access.
