Southtree Commercial Construction constructed a 10,028 SF 1-story wood framed, multi-suite medical office building for Peachtree City Dermatology. The building was constructed in two phases; Core/Shell and Clinic Buildout, with a 2,300 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center to be completed in the future. The exterior of the building will feature Nichiha and metal panel siding.
