Southtree Commercial completed the first phase of this 2-story, multi-tenant medical office building in 2011. The first phase totaled 27,000 sq ft. The second phase, a 20,000 sq ft addition was completed in 2013. The structural steel facility has a combination stacked-stone, hardi-plank, and stucco exterior.
