The structure is steel with a composite floor system. Unique architectural and design elements are displayed throughout the building, including smart glass, acoustical metal decks to improve sound absorption, and glue-laminated (glulam) wood columns and beams. The interior space contains a data room, café, boardroom, offices, and training room.
