Southtree Commercial Construction completed a ground up project to construct a new liquor store, Summit Beverage, located in Fayetteville, GA. This project consisted of both entire shell and interior buildout. The exterior features modern brick, Nichiha, metal siding, and a mezzanine with dumbwaiter. The roof is exposed with 2×6 v groove roof planks. This project also features a unique mobile pickup window.
