The South 74 Development Phase I is a 55,000 sq ft campus that consists of a 40,000 sq ft office headquarters and 15,000 sq ft distribution center. Both buildings are leased to Osmose Utilities Services Inc. and were completed in 2015.
South 74 Development Phase II
Phase II of the South 74 Development was completed in 2019 and is a 60,000 sq ft complex that includes two 30,000 sq ft office/warehouse buildings. The property address for these buildings is 625 and 627 Highway 74 South, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
Dogwood Church Real Life Center
In 2019, Southtree Commercial built a new facility for the Dogwood Church Real Life Center. The one story building is 13,467 sq ft and is located on the Dogwood Church Tyrone Campus. The new facility includes a full kitchen connected to a classroom space, food pantry, bread pantry, clothing closet, prayer nooks, offices, warehouse, and mezzanine.
Southtree Commercial & Champion Millworks
Southtree Commercial & Champion Millworks held a groundbreaking ceremony on August 2, 2019 for their new office. Located on the corner of Prospect Park and Dividend Drive in Peachtree City, GA, the building includes a 16,000 sq ft two-story office for all divisions (Construction, Real Estate, Development, Property Management) of Southtree Commercial and a 24,000 sq ft millwork shop for Champion Millworks.
3 Guys Golf Carts
3 Guys Golf Carts is a Golf Cart Parts & Accessories Supplier. In 2017, Southtree Commercial completed construction of a 40,000 +/- sq ft distribution center for 3 Guys Golf Carts. Located at 200 Kelly Drive in Peachtree City, GA, this facility has a parts and service center, offices, warehouse, and loading docks.
In 2015, Southtree Commercial designed and renovated a 7,500 sq ft space that was previously used by a restaurant. This renovated space at 273 Highway 74 North in Peachtree City is home to the 3 Guys Golf Carts Retail Showroom. Part of the renovation included restoring the flooring to the original condition, a red dye concrete slab, and polishing the slab.
Midwest Food Bank Georgia Division
The Southtree team completed an expansion that involved adding a 5,000 sq ft building with two loading docks and a 3,600 sq ft storage warehouse in 2017. The new building connects two existing buildings allowing a smooth and flexible work environment to transport deliveries between the buildings. The storage warehouse was built for additional storage and is referred to as “The Barn.” In addition, a restroom was added, and the area between the expansion building and storage warehouse was paved.
In 2020, Southtree Commercial completed the renovation and addition of a combined 3,500 sq ft refrigerator and freezer that holds close to 12 semi-loads of food. The first truckload of fresh produce was put into the new refrigerator in early October 2020.
