Our team constructed a 5,500 sq ft wood framed building in Sharpsburg, GA for My Rent Source Property Management. Occupying 2,750 sq ft, My Rent Source will lease two other spaces in the building. The building has a brick and EIFS exterior with a flat roof.

Southtree Commercial was the general contractor for World Gym’s Peachtree City location in Lexington Park. Construction of this two-story, 30,000 sq ft gym and pool was completed in 2014. In 2020, World Gym became OneLife Fitness.

Southtree Commercial completed the new construction for the Starlite Family Fun Center in McDonough and Sharpsburg. The McDonough location, completed in 2016, is 25,351 sq ft and consists of a pre-engineered metal building with skating rink, laser tag arena, arcade, playground, Starlite Café, The Stuff Shop, games, and private party rooms. The Sharpsburg location was completed in 2012 and is 22,563 sq ft. Southtree performed a kitchen renovation in the Stockbridge location.

Southtree Commercial constructed a one story 8,418 sq ft building in the Kedron Village Shopping Center in Peachtree City for Kedron World of Beverage. The building exterior consists of dark charcoal brick, medium brown brick, Nichiha VintageWood fiber cement siding, and corrugated metal panels. Southtree and architect Jefferson Browne Architecture, Inc. provided all the project planning and design.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park, a 32,000 sq ft facility in Newnan, GA, opened in 2016. Southtree Commercial designed the exterior and did the interior build-out for the Newnan location. Interior attractions include areas for Freestyle Jump, Dodgeball, SkyHoops, Warrior Course, Challenge Zone, Sky Fit Classes, Party Rooms, Lockers, Arcade Games, Snack Bar, and much more. The building was previously a Circuit City location.

Southtree also completed some interior additions for the Sky Zone Roswell, GA location.

Southtree Commercial completed a renovation and expansion of the first floor bar area, approximately 500 sq ft. This renovation included new floor tile behind bar area, new wall tile, new paint colors, and the use of barn siding. Prior to Due South Southern Cuisine occupying space in the building, Southtree Commercial built this two-story 9,815 sq ft addition to the existing building for a previous tenant. The addition included a first floor with outdoor patio and second floor with outdoor patio.
