Tommy Webb leads Southtree Commercial as Principal and President of Construction, responsible for all facets of the company’s day-to-day operations. A proud Auburn University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and a licensed General Contractor, Tommy has spent more than 17 years building something more significant than projects – he’s built a career rooted in relationships, craftsmanship, and trust.
From his early days in the field at Turner Construction to senior development management roles at Carter and now as President of Southtree Construction, Tommy brings a ground-up understanding of the requisites to deliver best-in-class, impactful projects. He leads Southtree’s preconstruction team while keeping a steady hand on project management and field operations, team development, and the client relationships that drive the mission forward.
His expertise spans contract negotiations, budget development and change management, project scheduling, design coordination and contractor relations – but what makes Tommy’s leadership unique is how he brings people together around a shared goal. He believes that the construction of high-performing, best-in-class projects starts with a commitment to building meaningful relationships based on trust – and that philosophy manifests in every project Southtree delivers.
