On July 24, 2020, a groundbreaking ceremony was held at 427 West Bankhead Highway in Villa Rica, the site for Dr. Brian Bain’s +/-18,810 sq ft dental office building. The Bain Dental Group team along with several representatives from the project team and the City of Villa Rica and Carroll County were present for the event and spoke of their excitement for this project.

Chuck Ogletree, Principal of Southtree Commercial, expressed his gratitude for being selected to the project team to construct the building. Mr. Ogletree was very appreciative to the City of Villa Rica for their eagerness from the beginning to move this project forward and work with the project team.
Dr. Bain discussed his vision for the facility to be a Center of Excellence. Bain Dental Group is focused on taking care of others and they have kept their patients in mind throughout the design process. Jefferson Brown, Design Principle, representing Jefferson Browne Architecture, Inc., noted that patients will be able to enjoy an experience from the time they drive up to the building and as they move throughout the interior of the building.
Bain Dental Group offers an abundance of dental services from Family & Preventive Dentistry to Orthodontics to Oral Surgery and much more. Due to their expertise and uniqueness of services, they are often asked how they do what they do. The facility will include a training center on the second floor and the Bain Dental Group can train others and share their knowledge. This new location will serve as their headquarters and will bring approximately 60 jobs to the community.
