Piedmont Physicians at Cascade Road

In 2022, Southtree Commercial completed a refresh of an 11,500 sq ft medical office space for Piedmont Physicians at Cascade Road. Finishes were updated throughout and included new flooring, paint, millwork, and decorative lighting.

In 2018, our construction team performed an interior renovation for Piedmont Physicians at Cascade Road consisting of approximately 7,440 sq ft located inside a 14,600 sq ft single-story office building. The renovation included partial demolition of non-load bearing interior partitions, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and millwork. The build-out included new exam rooms, offices, waiting room enlargement, reception area improvements, physical therapy space, nurses station, and interior finishes.
