This location will be CRI’s international headquarters. This project consists of approximately 8 acres of site development, large modular retaining walls, and a new 3-story commercial office building with an attached storage warehouse and loading docks.

The Southtree Commercial Construction team is constructing a 31,000 sq ft, 3-story office building that will consist of commercial space on floor 1 for Geeslin Group LLC, CAPTRUST, and an additional tenant. Bonnell Aluminum will be relocating their headquarters to floors 2 and 3. Southtree Commercial Development is the developer for this project. Bonnell Aluminum will be the anchor tenant, occupying 21,545 SF of building on the second and third floors. Their space will feature 4 conference rooms, a fitness center, multiple open work and collaboration areas. The design also includes a unique “Story Room” where they will highlight the history of their company.
Bonnell Aluminum is a trusted solutions provider for its many long-term aluminum extrusion customers.
Geeslin Group LLC will occupy 4,010 SF of space on the first floor. Their space will feature 3 conference rooms and 9 offices.

Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas Inc.
Southtree Commercial Construction converted Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas’ manufacturing campus in Newnan, GA into their Regional Headquarters for North and South America. Hitachi’s 19-acre campus adaptive reuse overhaul included the retrofitting of over 155,000 SF of assembly, manufacturing, and warehouse buildings into Class-A office, conference, training, and lab spaces. The campus grounds include a great lawn, Japanese gardens, walking trails, and courtyard amenity spaces for outdoor dining and co-working.

COhatch – Coworking Space
This Southtree Commercial Construction Project completed a renovation project of an existing facility in downtown Duluth. The 12,500 SF facility included structural upgrades, new mechanical and electrical systems and an overhaul of the existing façade. The end product is a modern co-working facility. Along with the building improvements our team also upgraded the site with new paving, hardscapes and landscaping.

Trilith Coworking Space
In Fayetteville, GA in the Trilith Community, Southtree Commercial completed a 15,284 sq ft interior coworking space build-out on the first and second floor of an office building. The build-out consisted of 3,664 sq ft on the first floor, 9,759 sq ft on the second floor, and the addition of a mezzanine and stairs between the first and second floor. Multiple conference rooms, offices, and a variety of intriguing workspaces are available to fit your needs. Some finishes include exposed brick, wall murals, clear polygal, and solid wood. A public coffee bar is located on the first floor and a screening room and podcast room on the second floor.
SMC3 Atlanta Headquarters
The SMC3 Atlanta Headquarters facility in Peachtree City, GA is 74,000 sq ft and has a three-story atrium with skylights and extensive natural lighting. The structure is steel with a composite floor system. Unique architectural and design elements are displayed throughout the building, including smart glass, acoustical metal decks to improve sound absorption, and glue-laminated (glulam) wood columns and beams. The interior space contains a data room, café, boardroom, offices, and training room.

Jeffries Eye Care Office Building
Southtree Commercial completed a one-story, 8,440 sq ft office building in the Coweta Crossroads area of Newnan, GA for Jeffries Eye Care. The construction type was slab-on-grade and steel framed with EIFS and brick veneer. Jeffries Eye Care occupies approximately 5,500 sq ft and that includes a reception area, exam rooms, consulting areas, offices, break room, and display area. The building has two additional tenant spaces (1,500 sq ft each).

SELCAT Training Building
SELCAT specializes in training workers for the Outside Electrical Construction Industry. Southtree Commercial completed a new 12,000 sq ft training building for SELCAT in July 2020. Utilizing a pre-engineered building system, the interior space has offices, classrooms, conference room, treadmill room, storage rooms, kitchen, break room, and restrooms.
In 2006, Southtree built an office, dormitory, and pole barn for the SELCAT training facility. In September 2020, Southtree began renovating the existing dormitory to allow for more bedrooms. Some offices will be converted to bedrooms and the bedroom walls will be fire-rated. The SELCAT pole barn facility contains an indoor pole climbing and safety training area with 40 foot ceilings in two prefabricated metal buildings totaling around 28,000 sq ft.
Stillwood Corners Office and Medical Building
Located on Newnan Crossing Blvd East near Stillwood Drive, this 7,500 sq ft medical facility is in a Planned Office Development and a short distance from Piedmont Newnan Hospital, multiple other medical office buildings, and the I-85 Exit 44 Interchange. Southtree Commercial has developed six other medical office buildings in this area with over 150,000 +/- sq ft.
South 74 Development Phase I
The South 74 Development Phase I is a 55,000 sq ft campus that consists of a 40,000 sq ft office headquarters and 15,000 sq ft distribution center. Both buildings are leased to Osmose Utilities Services Inc. and were completed in 2015.
South 74 Development Phase II
Phase II of the South 74 Development was completed in 2019 and is a 60,000 sq ft complex that includes two 30,000 sq ft office/warehouse buildings. The property address for these buildings is 625 and 627 Highway 74 South, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
Dogwood Church Real Life Center
In 2019, Southtree Commercial built a new facility for the Dogwood Church Real Life Center. The one story building is 13,467 sq ft and is located on the Dogwood Church Tyrone Campus. The new facility includes a full kitchen connected to a classroom space, food pantry, bread pantry, clothing closet, prayer nooks, offices, warehouse, and mezzanine.
