The Piedmont Newnan Urology office is located in the Piedmont Medical Plaza in Newnan, GA. Southtree Commercial completed a remodel of a 2,758 sq ft existing suite. The space includes exam rooms, nurses station, procedure room, conference room, breakroom, offices, and lobby. Some of the new finishes in the space consist of wall paint, vinyl composition tile, luxury vinyl tile, carpeting, wallcovering, and new fixtures.

Pinnacle Endodontics

In 2018, Southtree Commercial built a one-story, 3,980 sq ft dental office for Dr. Cameron Howard with Pinnacle Endodontics of Georgia. This facility is the company’s second location. Special features of the construction include structural wood trusses and clerestory windows on the second floor that bring in natural light to the open concept floor plan. The project delivery was Design-Build.

Pediatric Associates of Lawrenceville

Pediatric Associates of Lawrenceville (PAL) is located in the 738 Old Norcross medical office building in Lawrenceville, GA. PAL has a bright and uplifting 10,405 square foot space with a conference/lounge area, well reception area, sick reception area, waiting room for allergy patients, and an abundance of exam rooms.

Dental Solutions of Brookhaven

Southtree Commercial completed a 2,800 sq ft design-build project for a new dental office for Dr. Jay Ahn, DMD in the Brookhaven area in Atlanta, GA. Located on the second floor of an office/retail building, the dental office includes a reception area, several exam rooms, lab area, and offices. This project was completed in the Spring of 2017.

Georgia Pain & Spine Care and White Oak Surgery Center

Georgia Pain and Spine Care selected Southtree Commercial as general contractor and developer for their new 10,000 sq ft building. Two years after the building was completed,  Southtree Commercial converted the procedure area into an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). In addition to the clinic and ASC, the building has a 2,000 sq ft law office tenant as well as a pharmacy space.

Piedmont Physicians Fayette South

Glynn Professional Center, a 9,147 sq ft Class “A” medical office building is home to Piedmont Physicians Fayette South. The building contains 16 exam rooms, nursing stations, doctor and admin offices, and waiting area. Built with wood trusses, gabled roof, hardy-plank and split face block to match the architecture of the area. Interior finishes consist of carpet, ceramic tile, paint, wall covering, and luxury vinyl tile flooring. In addition to performing the tenant build-out, Southtree Commercial completed the ground up construction on this building.

Mahaffey Orthodontics

Mahaffey Orthodontics is a 7,150 sq ft craftsman style dental office building with top of the line interior finishes, including an arcade and a library. It is a wood-framed building with a hardy, stone, and EIFS facade. The building is located in the Braelinn Office Park. In late 2019 and early 2020, Southtree Commercial performed an office renovation for Mahaffey Orthodontics. The renovation included new flooring, the addition of two hygiene chairs, doctor’s nook, office area, storage, and a restroom.

Resurgens Orthopaedics Fayette Surgery Center

Southtree Commercial completed a 30,000 sq ft Class ‘A’ medical office building for Resurgens Orthopaedics. This facility includes a 15,000 sq ft ambulatory surgical center with 2 operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and 16 pre op/post op/recovery stations. It has medical gases, generator backup power, and stainless steel cabinets in the decontamination/soil utility room. It also includes a 15,000 sq ft Spine Center with scheduling center, offices, break room, exam rooms, and lobby.

The Animal Medical Clinic of Fairburn

This craftsman style 3,472 sq ft block and wood frame building was built by Southtree Commercial for Dr. Vince Obsitnik and Dr. Jeff Richardson.

Takle Eye Surgery Center

Takle Eye Group has an Ambulatory Surgery Center (6,642 sf) and Clinical Office (12,164 sf) located in the 32,000 sq ft Locust Grove Professional Center. The building is well positioned near I-75 and Exit 212 in Locust Grove, GA.
